New Report - Loughborough Retail
Shop Vacancy ReportA new report shows that Loughborough continues to rank well compared to our neighbours.
The Local Data Company Report was released at the British Property Federation Retail Summit this week.

The report shows Loughborough as having 13.5% of empty shops. Ranked 10th in the East Midlands – with Nottingham, Derby and Coalville all worse off and Leicester marginally better at 12%. Loughborough is doing remarkably well in the current climate.
